Moroccan Lava Rhassoul Clay Sample - 1/4 oz
Rhassoul Clay
Rhassoul Clay is sourced from ancient deposits deep within the Morocco Atlas Mountains. Formed through natural geothermal processes and volcanic activity, this clay is rich in minerals such as silica, magnesium, potassium, and calcium. Its strong absorbing properties make it an effective magnet for removing impurities like sebum plugs, blackheads, and excess oil.
Appearance: Light brown colored powder.
Application: Rhassoul Clay can be used in body wraps, soap making, face masks, mineral-based or cream-based cleansers, and face or body scrubs.
Directions for Use: 5-100% in skin-care products, 1 tablespoon (15ml) per pound (500g) of soap.
Caution: Clays may stain fabric, caution should be exercised.
Simple Face Mask Recipe: Mix 1 tablespoon of Rhassoul Clay with 2 tablespoons of water (or substitute with floral water or aloe vera gel juice) to form a paste. Apply to the skin, leave on for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water.
